Responsibilities & Context

• Plan and deliver effective lessons for assigned subjects according to the school curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, class activities, and assessments.
• Teach students in a clear, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
• Cover subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Bangla, Social Studies, ICT, and General Knowledge, as assigned.
• Assess students through classwork, homework, quizzes, tests, and examinations.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide additional support where required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide guidance on students’ academic, social, and personal development.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson progress, and student performance.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, behavior, and learning needs.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management to achieve academic objectives.
• Use digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom learning.
• Follow school policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards.
