• As per institutional policy And the Nature of a Madrasa Environment, Female Teachers Must Adhere To the Designated Dress code, Including the Mandatory Wearing of a Burkha.

Skills and Competencies:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage little learners.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• IELTS score of 7 or above.A clear and well-articulated British accent.

Location: Mridha Bhaban, Matuail West para (Club Road), Mridhabari, Jatrabari, Dhaka- 1362.

Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging English lesson plans that align with the curriculum.

• Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

• Monitor and assess student progress in English, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

• Foster a love for reading, writing, and communication in English.

• Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school administration.

• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

• Address individual student needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Compensation & Other Benefits
