Responsibilities & Context

• Enhance English Fluency & Confidence: Help students develop effective communication skills, fluency, accuracy, and confidence in using English in real-life situations.

• Conduct Engaging Classes: Deliver interactive, learner-centred lessons that encourage active participation, creativity, and practical language use.

• Teach Young Learners: Create a positive, enjoyable, and supportive learning environment for children aged 5–15 through engaging classroom activities and age-appropriate teaching methods.

• Teach Adult Learners: Help adult students improve their spoken English, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and overall communication skills through practical and communicative activities. (For designated adult programme positions.)

• Prepare Lesson Plans & Syllabi: Develop and implement effective lesson plans, teaching materials, and course outlines in accordance with the institution’s curriculum and learning objectives.

• Support Students’ Personal Growth: Foster students’ confidence, creativity, critical thinking, positive attitudes, and social skills through classroom interaction and mentoring.

• Assess & Monitor Progress: Evaluate students’ assignments, written work, speaking performance, and overall progress while providing constructive feedback.

• Maintain Classroom Discipline: Establish a friendly, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment that promotes effective learning and mutual respect.

• Participate in Institutional Activities: Actively contribute to school events, student presentations, competitions, workshops, and other academic or extracurricular programmes.

• Collaborate with the Academic Team: Work closely with colleagues and management to improve teaching quality, student engagement, and academic outcomes.

• Perform Additional Duties: Undertake other academic and institutional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Preferred Location: Candidates residing in or around Mirpur, Dhaka, will be given preference.
