Introduction: Physical exercise means to move our limbs according to rules regularly. Physical exercise is necessary for the soundness of health. Without it none can enjoy good health. It makes a man strong and active and keeps him free from disease. A diseased man is deprived of good health. So a man should take regular physical exercise.

 

Different kinds: There are different forms of physical exercise. All forms of exercise are not, however, suitable for everybody. Those who are strong in body can take all forms of exercise. But those who are weak in body cannot take hard kinds of exercise. The weak and the old man can walk in the open air in the morning and in the evening. We must take physical exercise every day regularly. We must take it till we sweat. It is a cure for many diseases.

 

Importance of physical exercise: Many young men do not take physical exercise. They should rather take regular exercise to keep in good health. They should bear in mind that their prospects depend upon their health. To take regular physical exercise is the best way to preserve health.

 

Refusal to take physical exercise: Many students sit down closely to their books and refuse to take physical exercise. They fall victims to many diseases. Life becomes a burden to them and they lose all happiness in life. So everybody should take physical exercise regularly every day.

 

Effect of over-exercise: Over-exercise is injurious to health. Irregular exercise may make us weak and tired.

 

Conclusion: Travelling, swimming, riding and outdoor games are all good forms of exercise. They give us a feeling of joy and cheerfulness.
